    INGREDIENTS:

    • 4 large portobello mushrooms, cleaned and destemmed
    • 4 burger buns
    • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, etc.)

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush both sides of the mushrooms with the balsamic mixture.
    2. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
    3. Grill the mushrooms for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until tender.
    4. Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes. Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings. Serve hot and enjoy!
