INGREDIENTS:
- 4 large portobello mushrooms, cleaned and destemmed
- 4 burger buns
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush both sides of the mushrooms with the balsamic mixture.
