Our average delivery time is 3-5 days. Shipping is free for all locations. However, locations such as Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. and APO Boxes, and some rural areas may receive standard shipping with an average delivery time of 8 days.

WARRANTY

Choplix offers a 30-day 100% money-back guarantee and a limited lifetime warranty against defects. If the quality of one of our items does not meet your expectations, we will provide a refund or exchange. For any issues, please contact us at Support@choplix.com with your full name, order number, a description of the issue, and an image that clearly shows the faulty item. Please note that our warranty is only valid for items purchased directly from Choplix.

There are a few things that would void our lifetime guarantee:

• Damage from improper use, care, or storage.
• Damage incurred through accidents, such as dropping.
• Independently engraved products are not covered by our Lifetime Guarantee.

FREE RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you don’t love your Choplix product, we will cover the cost of returns and provide a pre-paid label with instructions. For exchanges, contact Support@choplix.com with your full name, order number, and details of the exchange.

ORDER CANCELLATION

To cancel your order, email us with your Order ID. If it's already in the shipping queue, cancellation might not be possible, but you can utilize our 30-day full money-back guarantee.
