INGREDIENTS:
- 14 oz extra firm tofu, pressed and cut into cubes
- ¼ cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, soy sauce, maple syrup, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add tofu cubes to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated tofu cubes onto skewers.
- Grill the tofu skewers for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with the remaining marinade.
