BBQ Tofu Skewers

    INGREDIENTS:

    • 14 oz extra firm tofu, pressed and cut into cubes
    • ¼ cup BBQ sauce
    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, soy sauce, maple syrup, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
    2. Add tofu cubes to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 20 minutes.
    3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
    4. Thread the marinated tofu cubes onto skewers.
    5. Grill the tofu skewers for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with the remaining marinade.
    6. Serve hot and enjoy!
