Tender Grilled Pork Loin Chops

    INGREDIENTS:

    • 4 boneless pork loin chops
    • ¼ cup olive oil
    • 2 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
    • 1 teaspoon steak seasoning 

    HOMEMADE STEAK SEASONING:

    • 2 tablespoons paprika
    • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
    • 1 tablespoon onion powder
    • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
    • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
    • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon salt

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Whisk olive oil, soy sauce, and steak seasoning.
    2. Place pork chops in a shallow dish. Pour marinade over pork chops. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
    3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
    4. Remove pork chops from marinade and grill for 4-5 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Baste with remaining marinade while grilling for extra flavor.
    5. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
    6. Serve hot, garnished with favorite herbs or additional seasoning if desired.
