CHEF'S KNIFE TIP:
When removing the membrane from the back of the ribs, use a sharp boning knife to carefully lift and peel it away. This will help ensure that the ribs cook evenly and allow the flavors of the rub and smoke to penetrate the meat more effectively. Additionally, when slicing the ribs for serving, use a sharp chef's knife to make clean cuts through the tender meat, resulting in perfect portions for your guests to enjoy.
