Charcoal Grilled Trout

    INGREDIENTS:

    • 4 trouts, cleaned
    • ½ cup Mayonnaise
    • 1 large Tomato; Segmented
    • 4 Lemons; Segmented
    • 2 Onions; Segmented

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Light your grill and allow the coals to burn down until you have a steady, medium-high heat.
    2. Spread mayonnaise on the inside of each trout.
    3. Place the segmented tomatoes inside each trout.
    4. Arrange half of the segmented onions and lemons on the grill. Then, place the trout on top and add the remaining onions and lemons. 
    5. Grill the trout directly for 6 minutes on each side.
