    CHEF'S KNIFE TIP:

When removing the membrane from the back of the baby back ribs, use a sharp chef's knife to carefully lift and separate it from the meat. This will ensure that the ribs cook evenly and allow the flavors of the dry rub to penetrate the meat more effectively. Additionally, when cutting the ribs into individual portions after they have rested, use a sharp chef's knife to make clean cuts through the tender meat.
